PUBLIC NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING & AGENDA FOR ELECTION MEETING Wednesday, September 24, 2014 6:00 p.m. Amherst Place Clubhouse All homeowners are requested to attend this very important meeting. AGENDA 1. Registration. Registration starts at 5:45 p.m. 2. Call to Order. Inspector of Elections determination when quorum has been achieved. We need 69 valid ballots to achieve quorum. 3. Approval of Minutes, Minutes of the previous year’s Annual Meeting were previously approved. No action required. 4. Reports – Reports will be issued with the Annual Disclosure Packets. No action required 5. Presentation of Awards – “Thank you!” to those Board Members who have so faithfully volunteered their time over the past year. 6. Open Forum – Members in good standing are free to speak on any matter of interest to the community. Members must observe rules of decorum and not disrupt the meeting. Each person will have three minutes to speak. If they are in the middle of a sentence when time is called, they may finish their thought before sitting down. The time guidelines ensure that others will have an opportunity to speak. Speakers may not allot their time to someone else. 7. Election Results 8. Adjournment. 9. Organizational Meeting. New and continuing board members will meet after the meeting to determine Board office positions and to set meetings for the coming year.
