The Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, 5:30 p.m. has been canceled. The next regular Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 5:30 p.m.
UPCOMING PLUMBING WORK AND WATER SHUT OFFS Since taking over management of the Homeowners Association in September there have been a number of water shut offs required in order to address isolated problems. The Management Company, along with the Association, is soliciting proposals from vendors to install and/or repair isolation valves throughout the complex. Once done, this will enable work to be done on smaller areas without the need to inconvenience everyone in the complex each and every time there is an isolated repair issue. The initial work, once contracted, will require shut off to the entire complex, however, and proper notice will be given. FIRST GATE VALVE REPAIR IS SCHEDULED! We will be starting with one Gate Valve Repair, which IS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19! WATER SHUT OFF WILL BE BETWEEN 11 AM AND 5 PM.
